Happy New Year and welcome to TGIF’s favorite time of the year… Spring Grant Season! We are looking forward to reading through your applications (the early abstract submission deadline is January 31st). There is always more to be done to help UC Berkeley be more sustainable and reach its campus sustainability goals. Beginning fall semester 2012, TGIF will run a Mini-Grant Program, with a goal of awarding $20,000 in grants each fall semester. The large grant program will continue each spring semester, with a goal of awarding $300,000+ annually.
The Mini-Grant Application is for small, one-time projects that must be completed within the same academic year in which they receive funding and takes place during the fall semester.
Fall mini-grant requests must be $500-$2,000.
